I recently heard of a small indie game coming out based on a true story . Upon doing some research and finding out about this story called The Dyatlov Pass Incident, It's the story of 9 hikers who go missing in the unforgiving Ural Mountains of Russia mysteriously. There frozen bodies are eventually found but under strange circumstances that even today aren't completely understood. After reading the accounts of these misfortunate hikers I was anxious to play the game, it's a first person survival horror game that is set in the mountainous region that took the lives of the hikers. Dark snowy vistas and not much equipment to get you thru, this is a game that will text your mental stamina and make you truly want to know the answers of the long forgotten mystery. Without giving away plot points and storylines , I urge everyone to try this creepy new game out and support the indie game developers who as of late have put out some amazing and inexpensive adventures . I enjoy games that suck you in to there world and are different than the cookie cutter stuff were used to and Kholat is one of those games that is hard to put down, it's got it's ups and downs as no game is flawless but I find myself being ok with that here. A ps4 downloadable title that's worth your time . 4 out of 5 stars
